The Egyptian Desert

If you are planning a holiday in Egypt, you should make sure that you spend at least part of your time within the desert. The Egyptian desert is an incredible place to visit, with vast areas which are made of white sands and rocks. The desert makes an ideal place for camping, where you enter the desert at sunset, and then leave the next morning after having spent the night there. The desert is one of the best places, outside of the North and South Poles, for viewing the stars, so you can experience the amazing views of the universe, simply by taking a tent to the Egyptian desert, and waiting for the sun to set.

Things to remember when visiting the desert would include warm clothing which is easy to remove, and some bug spray. Deserts always have wildly varying temperatures depending upon the time of day, so while you will likely want to remove clothes during the day, it is important that you don’t assume that it will still be hot during night time.
